Since group sizes are limited and kept to minimum to ensure quality time with the dolphins, it is essential to pre-book your place well in advance.

Bali Dolphin/Dolphins Lodge Bali Program:
Bali Dolphin(Dolphins Lodge Bali) program include the complimentary return transfer to and from your hotel at Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Jimbaran, Tuban, Kuta, Legian and Sanur. Complimentary transfers are based on minimum 2 persons.

Pick-up & Transfer

1. Morning program pick-up time
   - Starts at 09.00 am, back to your hotel approx. at 12.30 pm
2. Afternoon program pick up time
   - Starts at 12.30 pm, back to your hotel approx. at 15.30 pm
3. Evening program pick up time
   - Starts at 15.00 pm back to your hotel approx. at 18.00 pm
4. Transfer for other area is available with extra costs (pick up time will be a half to one hour earlier than normal pick time for each session)
   - Within Seminyak and Kerobokan area: US$13 per person-up based on minimum 2 persons
   - Within Canggu area: US$17 per person-up based on minimum 2 persons
   - Within Uluwatu area: US$20 per person-up based minimum 2 persons
   - Within Tanah Lot area: US$20 per person-up based on minimum 2 persons
   - Within Ubud area: US$20 per person-up based on minimum 2 persons

General Info:

1. During the high season months - October to middle of January - it is essential to plan well ahead and book well in advance if you want to book dolphin interacting program or swim with the dolphin.
2. Adults and children with history of epilepsy or similar illnesses, children under the age of 5 years or below the minimum height of 1.35m and women who are pregnant or suspected to be pregnant are prohibited in the water with the dolphins.
3. Depending on the weather conditions of the day, sea conditions can result in clients becoming seasick while out at sea. Cancellations of tours can occur with very little warning.
4. Bali Dolphin / Dolphin Lodge Bali operates daily with three programs. Each duration approximately three to three and a half hours and a complete guided commentary is given throughout the tour.
5. Bali Dolphin / Dolphin Lodge Bali restricts the number of dolphin swimmers allowed in the water maximum 5 visitors with one dolphin.
6. Bali Dolphin / Dolphin watching does not have the same capacity restrictions as interacting and is not under the same demands as dolphin interacting. There is however a restrictions to participate as both a swimmer or a watcher to a maximum of 15 passengers per boat. Both Dolphin Bali Lodge programs, interacting and watching utilize the same boat.
7. Bali Dolphin / Dolphin Lodge Bali boats are fitted with hot deck showers and toilets for passenger comfort and have covered areas for protection against the weather elements.
8. Things to bring on the tour are a swimsuit and towel (if swimming), warm clothing and camera.
9. No dolphin tour services on every Sunday
